The Windsor Locks Public library offers several free or discount passes to the area museums listed below for WINDSOR LOCKS RESIDENTS. Passes may be borrowed for 2 nights. Late returns will result in a $10 per day overdue fine and borrowers must pay for replacement of lost passes. Passes must be returned to the Windsor Locks Library circ desk before closing on the date due or overdue fines will be charged.
